OUR MISSION:
To assist motherless babies homes in Nigeria, visit the homes on a yearly basis with financial, material and other support needs of the babies.
(The association shall operate as a domestic not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Texas.)
Our Aims and Objectives:
To assist children in motherless and orphanage homes in Nigeria.
To assist with education and health care needs of disadvantaged children in Nigeria.
To assist in charitable services as determined by 2/3 majority of members present during a scheduled general meeting.
To serve as a medium to teach the culture of Nigeria, particularly IGBO culture to Nigerian children, Nigerian American children, and the American public, and to anyone interested in Nigerian culture.
To foster unity among its members, serving as a forum for members to get to know each other better, to develop better interpersonal relationships, and to assist each other without reservation.
To address issues affecting Igbo Women in Nigeria, and the United States of America.
To interact with any other organizations promoting women welfare.
To serve in good faith as a mediator in settling disputes between members.
