OUR MISSION:

  • To assist motherless babies homes in Nigeria, visit the homes on a yearly basis with financial, material and other support needs of the babies.
    (The association shall operate as a domestic not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Texas.)

Our Aims and Objectives:

  • To assist children in motherless and orphanage homes in Nigeria.
  • To assist with education and health care needs of disadvantaged children in Nigeria.
  • To assist in charitable services as determined by 2/3 majority of members present during a scheduled general meeting.
  • To serve as a medium to teach the culture of Nigeria, particularly IGBO culture to Nigerian children, Nigerian American children, and the American public, and to anyone interested in Nigerian culture.
  • To foster unity among its members, serving as a forum for members to get to know each other better, to develop better interpersonal relationships, and to assist each other without reservation.
  • To address issues affecting Igbo Women in Nigeria, and the United States of America.
  • To interact with any other organizations promoting women welfare.
  • To serve in good faith as a mediator in settling disputes between members.
